Be Aware of the Die Off Symptoms of Candida

When Oregano oil (or another natural remedy or treatment) is used against Candida infection, you will soon see the die off signs:

Headache, nausea, fatigue, dizziness, bloating, constipation or diarrhea, muscle or joint pain, cold extremities.

When the colonies of candida die, they release about 80 toxic compounds, including ethanol and acetaldehyde. So, don’t interpret these new symptoms as a problem, they will go away soon, as the massive number of Candida albicans fungi will die and be eliminated from your body along with the toxins.

In this period it is recommended to drink more water (plain water) to help your body flush out the Candida-related toxins.
